Second bedroom has a full over full bunk bed, with a twin trundle. We also have a fold out “mat” bed which would be great for a small child. Living room sofa has a queen sleeper. All mattress are memory foam to include sleeper. Walk in shower in master bath, tub/shower combo in second bath. Washer and dryer in unit. Keurig, toaster, dishwasher. Access to 2 pools on site, lake, restaurants. Also access to Tie your boat up just steps around the building—available on a first come basis. The Walden boat launch is nearby to launch your boat. Fish, Kayak, Paddle Board or float all day in a protected cove with calm water. Watch the sunset from your balcony with the gorgeous view of the lake. Make this your weekend oasis! Please note: Boat trailers cannot be parked at the condos but can be parked in the locked, secured area at the boat ramps. If you are bringing your own boat, please contact us for more details as you have to get a sticker for up to 72 hr. This request takes several days to process. If you are looking for a place to have a loud party with a bunch of friends, this is not the place. Restaurants close by: Walden Yacht Club, great for dinner or brunch. Breakwater Grille (next to yacht club)- great for kids to run around, laid back atmosphere, often live music. Cafe on the Green (on golf course), Marini’s Pizza, Mariel's Meat Market (Excellent Meat for Grilling), Jack & Jill Donuts. *HOUSE RULES* • BBQ grill available by pool area, but need to bring charcoal. • No Smoking in unit. • Pets Are NOT Allowed. Due to allergies of host, it is requested that anyone with emotional support animals please not book this condo. Presence of an animal poses serious health risks to host. While legally allowed, host respectfully asks that you book elsewhere. • Parents: Do not book for under-age teens. You will be held legally and financially responsible. • Absolutely no loud music, or loud profanity. • 2 Parking Spaces - Tags are in Unit OR Visitor Parking available on back row.
