Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 1 bath apt in the Manayunk neighborhood of Philly! We are conveniently located within walking distance to Main Street. Short drive to all things Center City Philadelphia! The space Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, open shelf concept with beautiful Spanish tile flooring, Samsung front loader washer/dryer conveniently located in the kitchen. We have a dining table located in the kitchen with 4 chairs, if needed we ask you pull the table out to accommodate more dining space and use 2 stools we have. Brand new bathroom with spacious shower, Spanish tile shower walls, natural stone shower floor. Lots of natural lighting and Spanish tile flooring. Living room has original hardwood floors, stained glass windows we had restored, tons of natural lighting and open space concept into the kitchen. We have a couch with a chaise that pulls out to a full size sleeper. A blanket, sheets and pillows are stored in the chaise, you simply pull it up and open. To set up the sleeper you pull it out and it will slide out. We also have a love seat and a Smart TV you can use your own streaming services (Netflix, Hulu). There are board games and card games on the TV stand. The front bedroom on the 3rd floor has a queen sized mattress and a futon sofa that is a full size. The back of the sofa lays down. Linens and pillows for the futon are in the closet. The back bedroom on the 3rd floor has a queen sized mattress and a desk to use as a vanity or work space. Third floor hallway has a reading nook. The front porch has 2 comfy seats and a bistro set for 4. This space is designated for Unit 2 as Unit 1 has a backyard space, but you will see guests coming and going from Unit 1 as well as our trash cans are on the landing below the porch. The home is over 100 years old, a rowhome and a duplex. You will hear neighbors, guests on the first floor and water pipes. We do not recommend this unit for noise sensitive. Outside has steep/narrow stairs. There are also 2 flights of stairs inside. Not recommended for guests with mobility issues or not OK with lots of stairs. No shoes are to be worn inside, we ask guest to take shoes off in the entry of unit 2, we ask you bring slippers or socks to wear around the unit.
