Welcome to my new home! A very spacious and special 1 bedroom flat in the wonderful area of St Johns Wood. Regents Park is only 5 min away! And the closest underground station is St Johns Wood only 5 mins away! Lots of buzz happening around but still pretty quiet and relaxed considering its very central location. Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and fashion shops are all around here. The space A pretty special 1 bedroom apartment with a patio in the lovely area of St. Johns Wood. The bedroom has a King Size Bed (150cm wide), a large wardrobe, a dressing table, and an ensuite bathroom with a double bathtub and holding shower. From the bedroom, you also have access to the patio which is a reasonable size, and 2 chairs with a small table. The kitchen is large and fully equipped for cooking and has a Nespresso Coffee Machine. There is also a bar with 2 stools so you can comfortably sit and enjoy your meals. The living room has a sofa if you wish to lie down and relax, but also a desk if you need to work. The double-glazed windows help keep the flat quiet and warm in the cold months. Also plenty of windows to open and get the fresh air circulating for hot summers. It is a pretty cool flat in the summer, therefore no need for AC. Other things to note -the bathroom has a double tub with holding shower. No jacuzzi -please be mindful of my neighbours. There is a lovely and quiet family living on the 2nd floor. -1st floor flat with no lift- we strongly recommend travelling light. -please note there is a school on the back of the building.
