The space This 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home welcomes up to 8 guests at a time. With open concept living, inside and out, this property is the perfect spot for entertaining. This beautiful brand new home has a place for everyone! Throughout, each space is thoughtfully planned out. From the quaint front porch, our guests are met with a gorgeous entryway that opens up to the large open concept first floor. With new stainless steel appliances and plenty of space, cooking is a breeze. Don't feel like cooking? Suttons Bay has numerous amazing restaurants that are only a stones throw away from this property. Boone's, VI Grill and Martha's Leelanau Table are a few of our favorites. The aforementioned kitchen features an oversized dine-in island perfect for eating breakfast or entertaining. With the large and comfortable living room and dining area flanking the chef's kitchen, there is plenty of space for gathering. The first floor main bedroom features a queen size bed and has a full bath with custom tile walk in shower. The second floor main bedroom also features a queen size bed and has a full bath with walk in shower and double sinks. The 3rd bedroom, located on the second floor, features a bunk bed (twin over full) and an additional twin trundle bed that rolls away under the full size bed. This room is connected to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. All finishes in this home are new with the 2022 renovation. LVT and tile floors are found throughout the entire home. Other things to note There are two private parking spaces provided in the back of the property off the alley as well as street parking in the front. During the winter months, when it begins snowing, cars will be unable to park overnight along the street. This is a duplex with the other unit being occupied by the property's caretaker.
