Newly Renovated Home in the Heart of Fells Point

Welcome to our newly renovated historic row home in Baltimore. We have the perfect location for you and your guests to see all that the city has to offer. Conveniently located between Johns Hopkins Hospital and the heart of Fells Point, you can skip Uber and take a walk down to the water, stroll the cobblestone streets, and enjoy all the great restaurants, bars and shopping. The space All are invited! We have worked hard to get it right. Every detail has been thoughtfully selected to make our guests feel right at home. Our space would be as great for small families or a few friends, as it would be for business travelers or students. Each bedroom has been carefully appointed with a comfortable bed, and smart TV, with with Netflix included. The kitchen has quartz countertops and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave and single cup Keurig coffee maker. First Floor: Living room with a memory foam queen sofa bed, dining room, kitchen, powder room, laundry, and entrance to the back patio. Second Floor: Bedroom with a queen bed, smart tv, closet, and full bathroom. Third Floor: Bedroom with a queen bed, smart tv, closet, and full bathroom. Guest access Guest Access: Guests can access the entire property, except for the basement. There is no assigned parking but street parking is free. Other things to note -The staircase is spiral and narrow, and may be difficult to carry up large suitcases. If you have any mobility issues please refrain from booking our place as it may cause difficulty going up and down. -NO PARTIES! Under no circumstances are parties allowed in our home. We have two exterior security cameras, one in the front and one in the back, to prevent parties. If the reservation is made for 4 people then it is expected that only those guests will be staying overnight. If you are expecting visitors, please ask permission first. We want you to have a great time in your home away from home, but we need to know who will be in the house at all times. -NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed inside the house, period! However, smoking is permitted in the back patio area. -We kindly ask guests to remove their shoes when inside the house to keep the floors free of dirt and reduce allergens for all the guests. -Please be considerate of TV and Music volume—this is a quiet residential area and we would like to keep our neighbors happy. -Please shut off all lights when leaving the house and make sure all doors are locked.
