Upon booking, you will need to sign the rental agreement and a photo of your ID is uploaded, then you'll receive a unique code for the lock, allowing you to enter the apartment with a simple keypad entry. No need to worry about keys or coordinating check-ins! You'll have 24/7 access to your private space, providing flexibility and convenience during your stay! Other things to note Note that you’ll have complete and private access to your private apartment as well as off street designated parking. Laundry is shared with other guests on property in the basement. This is not a space for parties or if you plan to be up loudly late into the night. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. This property has front door access that faces the street with a covered entryway. There is designated off street parking provided as well.
