We are a 5-minute drive from the beaches that offer stunning views of Fort Boyard and the 3 Islands (Aix, Oléron and Ile Madame). Relax in this "cocooning and wellness" accommodation for adults only. The space The Suite Douceur D 'Ô by "Aix Keys" is a Duplex composed of: - on the ground floor of a living room/meal (for your breakfasts or small ones in case) with a table + 2 chairs, small side fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes (cups, plates, glasses and cutlery). - upstairs a pleasant bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200) air-conditioned with its pretty ensuite bathroom. You also have a private terrace of 16 m2, with wooden pergola in front of your suite, which gives you free access to an outdoor private hot tub, heated all year round to 38° for a cocooning moment. Curtains have been attached to your pergola for more privacy and protect you from outside looks. NEW (April 2023)... Creation of a pretty transparent bubble on the wooden pergola giving access to the 16m2 (unheated) terrace of the "Douceur D 'Ô" Suite. So you can enjoy this beautiful space in privacy all year round. So don't hesitate and come and live an amazing experience (hot/cold "Finnish") enjoying a private hot tub for 2 with an exceptional view of the landscaped garden and its large heated swimming pool from June to September (possible winter swimming for the bravest ). You will be won over (we're sure)!!! The terrace overlooks the pool and is ideal for breakfast or relaxing in the sun. It is equipped with sunbeds to laze in the sun or to read quietly in the shade of your pergola. - Possibility to rent 2 electric bikes for half day or per day during your stay at "Aix Keys". - Delivery possible directly to the Suite with supplement: breakfast, brunch, "Homemade" aperitif or dinner board.
