The kitchen includes an induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, teak wood countertops, European porcelain tile, plenty of cabinets/storage, teak wood island (with storage) and an all-in-one washer/dryer unit. Some of the film parts were even made at this compound. A private entrance on the 2nd floor leads you to this beautifully renovated Studio. Property Manager lives on site separately. Some pets allowed with approval. Outside living (seasonal) includes a pergola, large furnished deck and shaded garden. The only shared areas are the exterior, the deck and garden, front parking.
