The kitchen includes an induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, teak wood countertops, European porcelain tile, plenty of cabinets/storage, teak wood island (with storage) and an all-in-one washer/dryer unit. Full of history, former compound of famous literature icon, Morton Schindel, who helped make children's books into movies like the famous film "Where The Wild Things Are". Some of the film parts were even made at this compound. LONG TERM RENTING PROCESS: We currently only do long term renting. 90 day+ Easily book on Airbnb, our process includes a online application that includes soft credit check & background check. Lease agreement will be required on long term stays. We provide the Rental agreement.
