The space This newly renovated home feels like stepping out of reality and into the pages of a vacation magazine. This stylish and unique 4BR/3BA retreat features vibrant local art, thoughtful design touches, and a seamless indoor-outdoor layout perfect for groups. The single-story property is divided into three sections. In the main house, the open-air kitchen and dining area flow into a spacious great room with high ceilings, ocean peek-a-boo views, plenty of seating, a 50" Smart TV, games, books, and a dedicated workspace for guests who may need to open a laptop while on vacation. Beyond the kitchen, the large wraparound porch offers an additional outdoor dining table, BBQ grill, and a stylish outdoor living area overlooking the pool and gazebo. One direction offers ocean views; the other surrounds you with mature palm trees and lush tropical gardens. Room 5 is newly built and fiurnished with a stand alone buiilding with a king bed, 50" smart tv, AC, a private covered terrace and an open air bathroom. The main house includes two bedrooms—one with a full bed and one with a queen—sharing a bathroom. The back section of the home features two private suites: one with a king bed and one with a queen. Each suite includes its own bathroom and a private patio with seating, ideal for quiet moments away from the group. The pool is perfect for a refreshing dip beneath the Caribbean sun. While compact, it provides the perfect place to cool off. Beside the pool, the gazebo offers two daybeds—ideal for afternoon naps, reading, or unplugging. This property sleeps a maximum of 10 guests. Guest access Guests have full access to the property except for a small storage closet on the exterior of the building for Room 5. There is also a locked owner's closet in Bedroom 1. Other things to note Please note: The house has three sections, and you’ll need to walk outside on the deck to access the two back bedrooms and Room 5 is a stand alone building just off the main porch. We live in the tropics, and the natural environment is part of the experience. You may hear coquí frogs at night, waves, roosters, dogs, and birds. If you prefer quiet, simply close the windows and use the A/C to minimize outside sounds. We reserve the right to cancel or limit bookings during holiday weeks/weekends (3–5 nights). Exceptions may apply. We are located on the western point of the island—2.5 hrs from SJU, 35 mins from BQN & MAZ, and 1.5 hrs from PSE. To avoid the drive from San Juan, Cape Air offers multiple daily flights from SJU to MAZ.
