An added bonus to this house is the open living area with a dining place near the lanai where the preserve can be enjoyed either at breakfast or dinner. Here we feature a beautiful bar area with outdoor unbreakable dishes, a sink, counter, and small refrigerator to grab a drink without walking across the house to the kitchen. Finally, you will appreciate access to the two car garage. It is spacious enough for two normal size cars, or a car and your golf cart which can be rented from a nearby shop!
