Cosy room in Southville flat

Enjoy a comfortable, peaceful stay with a double bed; spacious lounge; close to bustle of North Street and the local park; 35 min walk to city centre. The space A quiet basement flat; private bedroom with comfy double bed; a shared bathroom, living area and kitchen with a small table for eating or working at. Guest access You are welcome to use the kitchen utilities, fridge/freezer, cupboards and items etc. You're welcome to use staples like tea & coffee, pasta, rice, sugar etc. You'll be given a key for the front door of the flat you can return at the end of your stay. Bedroom has french doors leading to a shared back patio. You're welcome to sit out there but no smoking is permitted. It is technically a communal area and has a walkway overhead going into the apartments above so it is not secluded. The bathroom is shared and has 2 doors. Please ensure to lock and unlock both each time you use the room :) There's a living area you can sit, relax and watch TV in and a small table for eating or working at. During your stay I will be around to assist you and provide advise about the local area etc. If I’m away, I’ll be contactable via the app or phone with any queries. Other things to note There is a TV/DVD player in the living room you can use. You are welcome to connect other devices to it. I don't have a TV license so it is not connected to an aerial to receive broadcast. Fast internet/Wi-Fi is available.
