Unwind, decompress, and enjoy creating new memories in this DREAM home! We've designed our home to be a blend of modern and cozy decor. We've equipped the home with upgrades for your convenience such as high-speed internet, and a smart NEST thermostat that controls the central A/C. Enjoy our spacious living room that has plenty of seating, our 55-inch 4K TV with Roku (from which you can stream all of your favorite services), a foosball table, and tabletop games. Stepping outside through the living room patio door you'll be greeted by our private, spacious backyard with our pool, sun lounge chairs, our BBQ grill gazebo, and outdoor dining/lounge area lined with string lights. Each of our 3 bedrooms have queen size beds with soft linens and very comfortable memory foam mattresses for a great night's sleep. Our full kitchen has everything you may need, including oil and vinegar, spices, a 12-cup drip coffee maker with medium roast coffee, a Keurig coffee machine with complimentary K-Cups, creamer, and sugar. Our laundry room has a washer/dryer and complimentary detergent and fabric softener sheets for your use. Our House Rules: -Parties or Events are NOT allowed. -Quiet Hours are from 11PM-8AM as we live in a quiet neighborhood. -Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside of the house. If you do, we will pursue a $1000 penalty fee claim to cover costs of additional cleaning and for deodorizing services. -No pets allowed. If our house rules are not followed, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation at any point with no refund at our discretion. The home features keyless entry at the front door. We will send you the access code to enter before your arrival. The garage is not accessible for guests. However, the driveway can fit up to 3-4 vehicles and street parking is unrestricted. You will have access to everything in the home except for storage space that is used by our team to store cleaning supplies. We're always available via Airbnb messenger and close by so please feel free to reach out with any questions or issues! A quintessential, sunny Southern California neighborhood with palm tree lined streets and mid century homes. Very serene and peaceful, with desert hills hiking trails a mere block away. Uniquely, there are wild donkeys that roam the hills and neighborhood that feed on grass lawns. If you drive by a group of the donkeys, don’t stop too close or they will surround your car to show dominance! There is enough parking for up to three or four cars in the driveway. There is also free street parking in our neighborhood. We're also only a few blocks away from the main road. Check-in, and address details will be sent prior to your arrival. Check-in is at 3 pm. There is usually no early check-in due to cleaning protocols, but please ask ahead of time to see if we can accomodate you. Check-out is at 10 am sharp. We cannot allow late check-outs due to our staff's ample cleaning procedures. Please ask ahead if there are circumstances and we will do our best to accomodate you if possible. Otherwise, there is a $50 late check-out fee for every half hour beyond the 10 am check-out time in respect to our cleaning crew's time and tight schedule. We will have the check-out procedure for you in our Welcome Folder and in an Airbnb message when it is time for check-out. Guests agree to keep the premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing, broken, stained, or damaged. There is an EXTRA cleaning charge if the home is left excessively dirty. This will be determined by the cleaning team and evidence will be collected. ***Please note that the pool is NOT HEATED, and does not have a lifeguard or safety features such as a fence or gate (so special caution and attention with children present is highly recommended).*** By booking our listing, you acknowledge that you alone and your associated guests, and not your Host(s), are responsible and liable for your own, and your associated guests' personal safety. You understand and acknowledge our backyard pool has no lifeguard on duty and has no safety features such as a fence or gate that blocks access to it. External floodlight security cameras are placed in the front and sides of the house to monitor the property for guest safety and any activities that might violate the house rules or cause disturbances to our neighbors. We thank you for being respectful of our neighbors and our home. Pool Maintenance is every Friday. The pool maintenance staff enter and exit through the driveway gate only and do not enter the house.
