Enjoy our private garden-level apartment located in Kensington, Brooklyn. Includes a small full-featured kitchen, a work nook, access to laundry, and a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed. There is a private front entrance and a grilling area in the front patio. We are just a 7-minute walk from Prospect Park, Brooklyn’s premier green space. There are also tons of public transportation options, coffee shops, and restaurants all within walking distance. Manhattan is a 20-minute drive. The space There is a main living area with an office nook, dining area, and a small full-featured kitchen. There is a home theater: a huge projector screen that pulls down in front of the couch so you can enjoy streaming from an AppleTV. Attached to the main living area is a full bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The bedroom has an AC in the window for extra comfort and a heater for the cold season. The house itself has central heat and AC as well. There is also the front patio of the house with a table, chairs, and a grill. This is for your exclusive use! Guests will also have access to the laundry room, which is shared with us, the family upstairs. During short stays, we are very unlikely to need it. Our street has free parking.
