My 200 m2 2-story Villa can accommodate 9 people and baby(s) 2 air-conditioned suites with shower room, 2 bedrooms upstairs with shared shower room, equipped kitchen, living room with cathedral roof, terrace with swimming pool (aperitif lounge, deckchairs...) in an enclosed tropical garden without neighbors, wifi with box, private drinking water tank, double beds in 160 x 200... The space It has a large living space on the ground floor with a modern and functional kitchen (oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso, washing machine...), a living room with large screen, a dining room and an outdoor lounge on its large terrace with swimming pool in a private tropical garden. The terrace is equipped with ceiling fans with adjustable intensity for lunch and to have an aperitif comfortably. Guests can enjoy the deckchairs around the pool on the deck. You will also find two suites with 160 x 200 canopy bed, air conditioning, dressing rooms and full bathrooms or showers. Upstairs you will find two air-conditioned bedrooms with walk-in closets. One with a 160 x 200 double canopy bed and the other with 3 single beds. A full shower room and a mezzanine with a living room and a desk. High-speed Wi-Fi with box and Netflix, automatic private drinking water supply in case of power outage, only the bedrooms are air-conditioned (not the living room).
