Beautiful bright 3-room apartment with fireplace + garden

The approx. 95 square meter, beautifully bright condominium is newly renovated and is waiting to welcome nice guests :) In the garden there is plenty of space to relax, have breakfast, play with the children or nice barbecues - in the cool season you can make yourself comfortable in front of the crackling fireplace and from home office at the desk to wellness under the rainforest shower or in the bathtub, the apartment actually offers everything your heart desires :) The space Bedding and towels are included in the price :) In the main bedroom there is a cozy 1.60 m wide double bed and a large 4-door wardrobe that offers plenty of space for luggage. On request, I can also set up a children's travel bed here. In the second bedroom is a bunk bed with 2 mattresses (each 90 cm wide). If necessary, this can be set up as a double bed (1.80 m wide) without height difference directly next to each other or as 2 single beds separated from each other in the room. This room can also be used as a study and a bit of yoga equipment is also available there ;) In the living room there is still a large pull-out sofa bed (about 1.30 m wide) on which an additional 1-2 people can sleep. Next to it is the cozy fireplace and through the window front in the living room you have a beautiful view of the apple tree in the garden. The door in the living room leads directly outside. The garden invites you to linger with a cozy sitting area, large parasol, plenty of space to play, extendable table and electric grill. The Wi-Fi also extends to there, so you could also work from home in the garden ;) In addition, there is a small room in the apartment where there are a few books and toys for children of different ages and a highchair. At the wardrobe in the hallway there is space for shoes and jackets and here is also a drip mat for dirty and wet shoes when you come back from your excursions and walks. From a microwave, blender to an electric juicer, the kitchen is fully equipped and spices, coffee, tea, oil and vinegar are always there, so nothing stands in the way of cozy cooking evenings. You can easily make your own mineral water with the Sodastream without having to carry any water boxes. Fresh bed linen and towels are of course also provided. In addition, each window has external blinds, which is not only optimal for late risers, but also keeps the apartment at pleasant temperatures in summer. By arrangement, you can wash your laundry in the shared washing machine in the basement. Guest access The apartment is located on the upper ground floor in a detached house with 2 smaller residential units and is not barrier-free (7 steps up to the front door and also 7 down via the garden stairs). Right next to the separate entrance there is a small terrace with a cozy sitting area. Just 20 meters from the house, there are several parking spaces and parking is good and free. Other things to note Just a 2-minute walk from the apartment, the beautiful Schaumburg Forest invites you to outdoor activities and the Mittelland Canal is also within easy reach. It is only a few minutes' walk to Haster train station, from where the train takes only 18 minutes to Hannover Central Station. Other trains take you quickly to the Deister, the Weser Uplands or other directions. Shopping, pharmacy, savings bank, gas station, etc. are all within walking distance in max. 15 minutes. The apartment is also the perfect starting point for outdoor activities and excursions, for example to the Deister, the Weser Uplands or around Steinhuder Meer. Therefore, there are many ideas for things to do and activities in the region for you on the information wall in the hallway, but you are always welcome to add to them :)
