The space Step inside our inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, featuring a spacious gravel front yard perfect for parking vehicles or trailers. Nestled in the charming Sportsman Club neighborhood, our house is conveniently located just 1 mile from the Highway 9 Landing Boat Ramp and the #9 Marina at Lake Eufaula. For adventure enthusiasts, Twin Mountains Off-Road Park is a scenic 30-minute drive away, while the Lake Eufaula Dam Off-Road Vehicle Area is just a quick 15-minute drive from our doorstep. Our home is fully equipped to meet all your needs, including a washer and dryer for your laundry, and a full kitchen complete with a dishwasher, pots, pans, dishware, and silverware. Please note, there is a 3-day minimum stay requirement for summer holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day). Guest access Guests will enjoy full access to the entire house, ensuring a comfortable and private stay. Please note that the master closet, two kitchen cabinets, and one cabinet in each bathroom will be reserved for owner use. Additionally, a mini fridge in the kitchen and a small hallway closet will remain locked. Rest assured, these minor exclusions will not impact your experience, as the house is fully equipped with everything you need for a delightful stay. Other things to note No pets allowed.
