The site is an 8-minute drive from the nearest beach and the center of Barra do Cunhaú and Sibaúma/Tibau do Sul. Here you can hear the birds singing and the sound of the wind in Privacy and Comfort. We have only 1 km of dirt road and access is good for any type of vehicle, as maintenance is done periodically. The space The space aims at environmental awareness from the separation of waste, to the ecological treatment of sewage. We are within a Permanent Preservation area and surrounded by very green. We also have within the farm the Gramació River with fresh and crystalline water, perfect for a refreshing bath. The property has 2 Bungalows, 1 Chalet and 1 Suite. Each chalet hosts a maximum of 4 people. The Chalets are distant from each other, providing a lot of privacy between guests. The pool is always warm and crystal clear.
