Car, bike, walking For your enjoyment while visiting, please make sure you have read the following before making your reservation: *Pet fee includes 2 dogs under 50 pounds, unless approved, each addition dog will be $60.This is not automatically calculated when you make your reservation, so please let me know through Airbnb Messaging. *This is a multilevel home, which means there are multiple floors with multiple levels of stairs. *The 4th bedroom is considered a loft and is on the top floor. It has full walls on two sides and is open to the main floor (living, dining and kitchen) on the other two sides. It does not have curtains and is on the top level of the home. *Starting August 18,2024 The Redwoods of Mendocino will have an outside camera. *We have a resident horse, Gypsie, and a Nubian goat, Goatee, on our property. My caretaker or I come onto the property to feed the horse and goat. *There is a small cottage with a small fully fenced yard, on the property. Please do not disturb these resident guests. They use a shared driveway with The Redwoods of Mendocino. *We do not allow pets on the furniture, so please remember to bring your dogs bed. *Dogs can not be left alone unsupervised inside the home, unless they are in a kennel. *Please pick up after you pet and dispose of waste in dog yard garbage can. *We do not provide firewood for the firepit *Due to past issues with guest, we only allow 1 Duraflame log at a time in the wood burning stove.
