Country house and beach with 640 m2 of land area and 400 m2 of built area just 10 minutes from Boulevard de Asia, 7 minutes from Bujama and 5 minutes from the city of Mala, at kilometer 84.4 of the Panamericana Sur highway. It has 3 floors with its own pool, 6 bedrooms with private bathrooms and a study (with sofa bed), laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, a living room on the second floor and a grill area on the third floor. The space The house has good lighting in all rooms, being comfortable and having a good view of the surroundings as it has two large balconies that connect them. In the living room on the second floor, there is an elliptical bike and on the third, in addition to the grill area, you can enjoy the panoramic view of the condominium, the beach, and the sunsets. The pool area has a large furnished terrace ideal for families. Guest access The condominium is gated and has 24-hour security. Guests can also use the common areas such as the tennis, fronton, and soccer courts; the natural lagoon with pedal boats (depending on the season) and surrounding path for running or walking; and a clubhouse with a restaurant, shop, and two swimming pools (one for adults and one for children). Other things to note - The rooms do not have A/C, but they do have ceiling fans. - Each bedroom and the second-floor living room have a TV; however, only two TVs will be operational, whichever you decide to choose (let me know once you've checked in). - In addition to the 10 beds mentioned, there is a Comodoy folding bed if necessary. - 2 different hot tubs for the first and second floors. - In the kitchen laundry room there is a water purifier with a reverse osmosis system. - You can order deliveries from Wong, Vivanda, and some restaurants like Doña Paulina. - The grill runs on gas and there is also a Chinese box. - Reservations are for 6 nights or more.
