Located in a peaceful village in the Dordogne, our house offers you the opportunity to discover the charms of Périgord Nontronnais (Périgord Vert) through its beautiful hiking trails and breathtaking landscapes. You will find 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people, a 6 m2 room where a single bed has been installed, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a beautiful living/dining room with open kitchen, separate toilet on the ground floor, and a non-adjoining garden. The space House with rustic charm (beams, stones) composed of: - On the ground floor: a dining/living room with fitted kitchen, double sofa bed and flat screen TV as well as toilets - Upstairs: 2/3 bedrooms totaling 2 double beds and 3 single beds, bathroom, toilet - Back garden, after the alley, with table and chairs, possibility to use the barbecue - private parking space Bedding, towels, barbecue, washing machine, wifi and TV included Guest access Access to the entire house and possibility to rent the neighboring house if desired (for a total of 18 beds). Other things to note Located about 50 km from Angoulême, Périgueux and Limoges by road, our house will allow you to access the tourist places of Brantôme, Oradour-sur-Glane, Nontron and Bourdeilles in less than 45 minutes by car. Our house is a non-smoking space. Pets are allowed in return for a supplement of 15 euros to discuss with the owner. Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is before 11 a.m. It is however possible to arrange with the owner to check in early or check out later if no other bookings are affected (optional) Access to the entire house and possibility to rent the neighboring house if desired (for a total of 18 beds).
