Dream Design Villa | Uluwatu | Pool & Garden

This beautiful uniquely designed 3 bedroom villa, with a private pool and tropical garden around it, is perfectly located in the new vibrant and trendy area of Uluwatu. You may find near the villa, besides grocery shops, many amazing restaurants, concept stores and beautiful beaches of Uluwatu (some even only 5 minutes drive from our door steps). The space Villa is designed in gorgeous rustic style, in neutral earthy tones and with many natural details, which together with tropical plants create the perfect Bali holiday ambience. Apart from the pool and magical garden, villa has 3 bedrooms with air-conditioning and high speed internet, 2.5 bathrooms, living and dining area and fully equipped kitchen. For additional clarification this means that each of the two master bedrooms have en-suite full bathroom but, in the case of the 3rd bedroom (also the movie room with a projector) we do not have en-suite full bathroom. The guest that will be staying on the 3rd bedroom can use either one of the bathrooms that belongs to other bedrooms or the half bathroom next to the Living Room area as well as the outdoor shower by the pool. Guest access Guests will have access to all the villa amenities. Pool is private and reserved only for villa guests. Housekeeper, pool man and gardener will make sure that villa is in clean and perfect condition. Other things to note Bali is a magical place, a place of enchantment, where Hindu temples meet lush jungles and the crystal-clear ocean. But as you embark on your journey to this tropical paradise, we kindly ask you to consider the following essential details: 1. Weather conditions: Rainy season in Bali starts around mid-October and lasts until late March (but not exclusively) and may bring heavy rainfalls and the possibility of thunderstorms. During this time, roads may become muddy or flooded. Our villa has an open concept (living area and partially bathrooms) and however beautiful and unique because of that, it is more vulnerable to the weather conditions. We do have some rain protection rollers in the living area, but they will not prevent completely water from entering. 2. Harmony with Nature: Please remember that you are staying in a nature concept villa and like in most tropical areas, you may encounter critters like frogs, geckos, house geckos, even monkeys...and insects like mosquitos, ants etc. None of these critters are harmful to humans and they are part of the natural environment. Don't forget that we are the invaders, not them :) * Additionally, we strongly recommend keeping the food in the fridge to avoid tempting these little visitors, as we have no control over their persistent search for food. 3. Essential Services: Please be aware that Bingin, as a small and rapidly growing beach town, may experience occasional power outages and spotty internet connection, particularly during the rainy weather, which is entirely beyond our control. We do our best to keep our guests comfortable when this happens, but we want you to be aware of the possibility in advance. If the power goes out, often the water is connected. These services are typically restored in a couple of hours. Here we live in a laidback circumstances & vibe :) * Amenities Update: Occasionally, amenity issues may arise due to frequent guest use. Please rest assured that these situations are considered normal and not due to a negligence. Our Team is ready to address and resolve any amenity-related concerns promptly. * Our pool is not heated as we live here in tropical climate (pretty much +30 Celsius) year around. It is not with salty water as that is not common in Bali. Pool system & jets, as well as pool lights, work automatically every day, so you don't need to worry about turning them off and on. * Linen and towels are changed in most cases every 3 days, for stays longer than 3 days. Please keep in mind that, unlike hotels, we are unable to change it every day for logistical reasons since we are using outside laundry service, like most other villas in Bali. 4. Concierge Services: Our Team will be happy to arrange any third-party services you may need before or during your stay, such as tours, transportation, chefs, spas, decorations, etc. While we can help coordinate these services, we are not responsible for their prices or any situations that may arise with these external providers. If any concerns occur, we will assist in resolving them, but we cannot be held accountable for external situations. 5. Navigating Bingin: Our dedicated Team will provide precise villa location details and comprehensive check-in instructions via Airbnb and messaging app before your check-in date. Welcome to Bingin!
