Situated at the heart of Cebu City, it offers convenient proximity to essential amenities, being just 10-15 minutes away from major malls like SM City, Ayala Center Cebu, Robinsons Galleria, Cebu IT Park, business districts, convenience stores, nightlife spots, schools, Cebu Port, and hospitals in Metro Cebu. Inside, you'll find a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed suitable for 2 guests, with a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. The condo is well-equipped with a basic kitchen featuring a Samsung refrigerator, La Germania built-in hob with 2 hot plates, a microwave oven, rice cooker, electric kettle, pots, pans, glasses, plates, and utensils. For your comfort, it includes a 1.5HP Hitachi Inverter Aircon, hot and cold shower, a 50-inch Samsung Smart TV with a soundbar, and Wi-Fi connectivity. Guest access Complimentary Use of Infinity Swimming Pool on the 6th Floor: 1. Free of charge for 1-2 guests. Each additional guest will incur a fee of P100. 2. The pool operates from 8 am to 6 pm daily, with closure every Monday. 3. Pool access follows a 'first-come, first-served' basis. 4. Please adhere to the 'NO FORM, NO SWIMMING POLICY.' You can obtain the required form at the lobby. Other things to note Breakfast is not included in the room rate. Smoking or using any type of e-cigarette is strictly prohibited inside the condo premises. Violators will be penalized accordingly for every infraction. Check-in time is at 2:00 pm and check-out time is on or before 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and an additional charge of Php100/hour. We allow early check-in/out if there's no guest before or after your arrival. Requirements for checking in must be sent to us before the check-in date to have a smooth check-in. - Valid ID - Vaccine Card/Vaccine Certificate Request for extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours prior to your check-out date, subject to availability and payment of applicable charges. All changes in booking, including but not limited to changes in name, date, number of nights, and add-ons, shall be allowed up to one day before the check-in date. Please ensure that the unit owner is informed of any changes you wish to make. We will only provide 1 towel per guest. You may request before check-in if you need additional towels. For longer stays, we offer towel replacement every after 3 days and beddings replacement is every other week. The Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The rate is 50 pesos per hour. The unit owner shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage to your property during your stay nor to any property left behind. The unit owner reserves its right to charge you for any loss or damage to the room, its facilities, or any condo items. The unit owner is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided shall be collected, processed, and handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and all applicable data privacy laws.
