Beautiful 4 bedroom 4 bath home with a pool and a fablous Ocean View that is close to the beach. The home has everything you need to enjoy your vacation including fully furnished kitchen, BBQ, smart TV, internet . In order to use all the amenities of Rancho Santana you have to pay a Resort Fee of $15 per person per day for all guests over the age of 8. These amenities include the pools, spa, restaurants The space The Master bedroom has a King sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. All bedrooms have a private bathroom. There is a large patio that surroundes the pool with lounge chairs, BBQ . There are indoor and out door dinning areas. Guest access You have access to the entire home. Fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, front and back patios, and private swimming pool with large deck and all five beaches. If you like we can arrange for a pedicure and or massage at the house. Also Horesback ridding, fishing trips, transportation to and from the airport or day trips to Granada, San Juan Del Sur, zip lining or trips to Massaya Volcano. Other things to note As you are probably aware Rancho Santana is Nicaragua’s premier residential Resort community. It has many amenities including horseback riding, hiking, a wellness spa, fine dining, mountain biking, tennis, pickleball, grocery store, surf lessons, yoga classes, Gym, and tailored family experiences. Rancho Santana has recently implemented a resort fee of $15 per person per day for all guests over the age of eight. Since Casa Tranquila has a nice pool and fully equipped kitchen and BBQ often people who stay at Casa Tranquila decide they don’t need to use all the amenities that Santana has. Many guests feel that it is enough to go swimming and strolling along the 5 beaches, hang at the pool at the house. No need to go to the restaurant when you have a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ at the house. Many of the services offered by Santana can also be provided elsewhere. For instance you can have a professional masseuse come to the house with a table and give you a massage. Fishing trips and day excursions can also be arranged. You can hire a chef to cook all or just some of your meals at the house. This fee is $15 per person per day for all guests over the age of eight. The resort fee is separate from the condo fee and is collected by Rancho Santana. Even with this resort fee added to your rate you will find that the rate is less than other similar properties in Rancho Santana. If you decide to enjoy the resort experience you won't regret it. You get a welcome drink, complementry morning coffee at the cafe complimentary sand boarding birdwatching monkey scouting, turtle hatching and shuttle service. You also have access to all the amenities mentioned above.
