The space It is a house with three interior environments, where you will find a large open space with a kitchen, living room, bedroom (3 beds), desk and dining room. In addition, it has a master bedroom with ocean views and a bathroom. On the other hand, outside there are 4 areas, parking, backyard, side patio (balcony) and lower patio. The house has a way down to the beach and is built on rocks. The property has two houses. This listing is for the house upstairs, which can be seen in the pictures. The other house is where we live. It's worth mentioning that repairs are being completed in the house, so there are many photos that aren't up to date at the moment and show things in disarray, but the calendar availability takes these activities into account. Guest access You can access the entire property, except our house (downstairs house and downstairs balcony). Other things to note The property has 'area information' that includes restaurants, views, etc. There are businesses less than 5 minutes away.
