Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster, high quality induction hob and oven, American sized fridge-freezer with ice and filtered water. All cooking utensils are provided such as cutlery, pots, pans, plates, bowels, glasses, mugs. Tea and coffee provided. Washing machine and clothes horse for drying. Small WC downstairs with basin. Large back garden with beautiful mature trees and bushes surrounding with fences on either side for privacy. Wooden seating outside to enjoy a nice cup of tea and enjoy the birds. A stones throw away from stormont estate with parliament buildings and beautiful walking trails, 10 minute walk to General Merchant or Haptik cafes, a 3 minute walk from the bus stop to go into city centre. Guest access You will have access to the entire home except for 2 locked rooms upstairs (used by cleaner after checkout). You will have the whole house to yourself for your stay.
