Peaceful room, amazing location & great amenities!

Incredible, cozy home near many amenities and outdoor activities! Close to Red Rocks Amphitheater, many hiking and mtn biking trails & sm fishing lake across the street. Near Chatfield Reservoir: SUPing, boating and swimming. Mountain view from front porch and a few minutes to main highway to access the mountains. Private, quiet and spacious room that can accommodate four. Full laundry room, private half-bath, shared full immaculate bathroom. Shared kitchen. 2 sm dogs and 1 cat: all friendly! During your stay I am going to honor the guests that enter my home l. I enjoy meeting and socializing with new people but if they need their space I’m more than happy and 100% respectful of that. I will be available via text or a phone call anytime the guests need something.
