Our accommodations include: LOCATION Our beachfront vacation rentals sit directly on the renowned Crescent Beach in Siesta Key, Florida. With its soft white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters, this beach is ideal for swimming, biking, jogging, or just soaking up the sun. This centrally-located condo eliminates the need for a car. Just across the street from the south village , you'll find various restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops, bars offering live music, grocery and drug stores. MASTER BEDROOM & BATHROOM : King size bed, ceiling fan, dresser, two night stands and walk in closet. New TV. Bathroom has tile shower GUEST BEDROOM & BATHROOM : 2 Queen size beds , ceiling fan, dresser, night stand and walk in closet. New TV. Bathroom with bathtub with shower head FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: appliances, Keurig & Regular drip coffee maker, dinnerware, flatware set, pots and pans. BABY ITEMS: portable baby seat, pack and play, sheets and sand toys BEACH items: beach umbrella and towels, cooler and plastic plates and cups PARKING: 1 spot . if you need a second spot there is a public parking next to the building or you can obtain 2nd car pass in the management office for additional fee. KEYS: There is no need to carry key around, we have a digital lock. SUPPLIES: We provide initial supplies: soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet and kitchen paper towels, sponges. Linens and towels are provided. NEED 2nd UNIT ? If you travel with friends and family , no problem. Please let us know and can connect you with the owner of the 2nd unit which is located on the upper or the same floor. RULES: MUST BE 25 YO TO BOOK. NO smoking or vaping. NO pets. Travel Insurance is highly recommended. NOTE : We usually require 7 nights minimum . If you would like to stay less then 7 days please contact us before booking We want to make it as comfortable as possible for you. Guest access AMENITIES: The Sea Shell Condo complex consists of 5 floors and 49 units, accessible via both stairs and an elevator. We provide luggage and shopping carts to make transporting your belongings upon arrival effortless. Our unit 404 is located on the 4th floor close to the elevator Our complex provides beach lounges, coin-operated laundry facilities, and heated pool. We provide umbrellas and beach towels and sand toys for your kids. For a small fee, arrangements can be made to rent beach chairs and umbrellas or canopies and have them set up and ready for you when you’re ready to hit the beach Guest have access to the heated community pool and newly remodeled Tiki Hut with two gas grills and comfortable seating. Everything was designed with beach relaxation in mind! Other things to note We hold a right to ask our guests to provide a copy their ID for verification upon booking If you loose or forget to leave the car tab, we understand it happens, we require to cover the cost of the replacement tag ($75).
