Off-street parking included. The space Private bedroom includes queen size bed, bedding, towels, AC unit in the window. Closet, desk and sitting chair. Our cleaning team comes once a month for a deep clean of the common spaces, however, guests are responsible for cleaning in between and being respectful of roommates by picking up and cleaning after themselves. Cleaning supplies are provided. Trash & recycle is to be taken out by guests to the outdoor bins provided at least weekly and bring the outdoor bins to the road on Mondays for weekly trash pick up.
