The space Cozy and inviting, you will feel perfectly at home in our spacious 1 bedroom plus den, 1 bathroom urban retreat! Fully furnished and laid out with the highest functionality and comfort in mind. Our space is perfect for group or solo travelers, friends, families, and even those who are in the city for business! Comfortably sleeps 2-4 guests. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed. There is a sofa bed (double) available in the living room. The kitchen and spacious dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working. There is also a kitchen island with barstools to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Full sets of sheets, linens and duvets are available for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone and an ensuite washing machine & dryer for your added convenience and comfort! Enjoy watching TV with IPTV which provides access to movies and regular cable TV. There is also a 2nd TV in the bedroom offering the same! Our space includes 1 free undergound parking space, high-speed WiFi and a private balcony. The condo is also equipped with a home alarm security system (no cameras) for added peace of mind and safety. Unwind and put your feet up, have a drink or read a book and watch the sunset over Toronto's skyline from our beautiful and quiet west-facing balcony! BBQ is available to use however it is not maintained. There is also a Starbucks at the bottom of the building for added convenience! Many conveniences are a stone's throw away! NO SMOKING. NO EVENTS THROUGH AIRBNB.** Guest access You will have exclusive use of this apartment. One free on-site parking space is available and paid street parking is available through Green P. There is direct building access to the unit. A lockbox is provided for access to your copy of keys during your stay. Other things to note Please note, we request copies of Photo ID for all guests in your group upon booking confirmation. Please note, building management has cameras in the common public areas of the building, this includes main common areas, elevators and on each floor level. There are no cameras inside of the unit. Please note, this unit is part of a condominium and Heat is provided during the cooler months from October-May while A/C is turned on during the warmer months from May-October. This is weather-dependent and out of our control on the seasonal date the building switchover occurs. Please note, the BBQ on the balcony is available for the guests' enjoyment and use. However, it is not maintained and the host does not guarantee its use. Please note, a $50 late fee will be charged to the guest for every hour stayed past the 11:00 AM checkout time without prior arrangements made with the Host.
