The expansive and open kitchen and living spaces are perfect for entertaining your entire group, with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a mini-split AC/heat unit, and beautiful skylights lending plenty of natural light to the space. PLEASE NOTE: *This home is being rented as travel lodging only. It is not an appropriate venue for parties, events, gatherings, meetings, etc. Only those listed on the reservation at the time of booking are permitted on the property at any time. * This is an entirely non-smoking property. No smoking anything inside or outside on the grounds. Serenity Executive Rentals is a professional hosting company with multiple homes in the area. BEDS Room 1: Queen Room 2: 2 Twins Room 3: 2 Twins Room 4: Converted garage space with Queen bed BATHROOMS 2 full bathrooms, each with a shower/tub combo. ACCESS + SHARED SPACES The home is equipped with a keyless combination lock for easy access. Please note the home has an attached studio unit which rented out separately. Some of the walls in the home are shared with the studio unit. The laundry room within the main house is also a shared space, with locks on both access doors for privacy and security. KITCHEN The kitchen features top-notch stainless steel appliances (stove and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave). It should be amply equipped to comfortably cook and serve guests up to the maximum occupancy at the home. We provide an initial supply of coffee (for drip), tea, creamer, sugar, salt/pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods (if applicable), trash bags, sponges and paper towels. The home has an Keurig drip+instant machine that guests are welcome to use, but should provide their own coffee pods. BATHROOMS The bathrooms each have a standing shower and tub. There should be enough clean towel sets (bath & hand towels, wash cloths) for every guest up to the maximum occupancy at the home. We also provide an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper. There should be at least one hair dryer in one of the bathrooms. LAUNDRY A washer and dryer are available for guest use within the main house, along with an initial supply of laundry detergent and liquid bleach. PARKING Parking is available in the driveway for 1 vehicle on a first-come, first-serve basis, and on the street for larger or extra vehicles. Guests should note any posted parking restrictions. ENTERTAINMENT The home is equipped with hi-speed WiFi (up to 1200Mbps), and a 43-inch smart TV. Guests may log into their own streaming services accounts. HEATING/COOLING This home is equipped with radiant heat floors; it may take a while to heat up once turned on. The main living space has a mini-split AC/heat unit. Floor fans are provided to assist with cooling in the summer. SECURITY For extra security, there are 4 exterior cameras at the home. The flat fees for these items are as follows: $40 - Early Check-in (1pm) (if available) $40 - Late Check-out (Noon) (if available) $80 - Twin Memory Foam Roll-away Bed $175 - Mid-stay Professional Cleaning (no laundry) $50 - Mid-stay Cleaning Add-on: Linen Refresh   AGREEMENT ADDENDUM: The following serves as an addendum to the reservation and rental agreement entered into between the parties via the website of the company used to complete the reservation, as well as its affiliate sites. HOUSE RULES * No smoking. * No parties/events/gatherings. Only the people listed at the time of booking are allowed to be on the property without prior written permission. * No pets. * Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. * No burning anything inside or outside of the home, including candles/ incense. * Do not bring any barbecue equipment to the home. * Do not move any of the furniture or décor. * Do not put coffee grounds or large food scraps in the sink. All food items should be scraped into the trash. * Guests are responsible for following garbage protocol outlined in Renter's Guide, and maintaining the cleanliness of the home during their stay. BOOKING POLICIES * Reservations of more than 6 months in duration require renter's insurance. Please inquire. * Stays of 3 weeks or more require professional cleanings every 2 weeks. There is an additional charge per cleaning per home/unit, which be collected after the reservation is confirmed as booked. * Reservation cancellations: As per booking website. We do not offer refunds beyond those outlined in the cancellation policy on the booking website. * Reservation changes: we take changes only at our discretion, and may charge a change fee. * Reservation may not be resold or sublet. Only the persons/group identified at the time of booking are allowed to stay at the property. EXTRA CHARGES FOR RULE VIOLATIONS * Excess mess within the home beyond reasonable use: $75 per extra hour required to return the home to the condition it was in upon your arrival. (The pre-paid cleaning fee covers 2 hours of our cleaners' time.) * Garbage: not putting bins out for collection, putting waste in the incorrect bins resulting in the city not collecting, or leaving excess garbage in this home: $50 for each violation. * Unauthorized parties/events/gatherings: immediate eviction, forfeiture of rent, security deposit, and extra charges for deep cleaning and damages. * Noise complaints from neighbors: $300 per complaint, eviction after second complaint. * Smoking: immediate eviction, forfeiture of rent, security deposit, and $250 fee for odor removal. * Using fireplace or burning candles, incense inside the home: $150, plus any damages caused by doing so. * Using a barbecue grill at the home (unless explicitly indicated as okay in the guide): $150, plus any damages caused. * Rearranging furniture: $250 plus any damages. * Replacement keys: varies dependent upon the cost of replacement. Minimum $100, maximum $250. * In the event personal belongings are left behind and our staff need to coordinate their return to you, a $40 processing fee will apply, plus any shipping costs.
