Welcome to the quiet Mariedal with the best location in the heart of central Varberg! Our cozy basement apartment of 60 sqm is perfect for 2 adults. The apartment has its own entrance and consists of 1.5 rooms with combined living room and kitchen, as well as a bedroom. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, TV with Chromecast, private toilet and shower and washing machine. Private terrace included! Free parking just outside. Mariedal is a quiet residential area with about 1 km to swimming and sun or bubbling nightlife. Everything is close! The space The entire apartment is at the guest's disposal. No spaces are shared with anyone else. Guest access The apartment and small patio on the lawn with furniture. Other things to note We have small children in the house so a reasonable volume during evenings is desired. The apartment's bedroom is below our bedroom and it can be heard to some extent when we walk on the floor. We provide bedlinens, linens and towels.
