The space Suite 1 is installed in a traditional house in the neighborhood just 2 blocks from the beach, in a garden area on the ground floor. It provides privacy with an exclusive bathroom and mini kitchen, and closed parking for 1 car. Everything can be done on foot, from going to the beach, bars, restaurants and market, to shopping and enjoying the services of the beach kiosks. The house is very secure, with bars on all windows and doors, an electric fence, and a surveillance and monitoring camera system. Guest access Guests will have access to private parking with an automatic gate and the facilities of suite 1 on the ground floor, with a private bathroom. There is no need to climb stairs and everything is located on the ground floor. We have a shower in the garden to cool off after returning from the beach. Other things to note - Check-in and check-out times must be strictly respected. - The rate is set for a couple (or 2 people) and for a minimum of 2 nights. The 3rd guest is charged according to the days of accommodation. - Because we have a shared parking area and garden, we currently do not have the structure to receive pets in this unit so as not to disturb other guests. - Voltage 220 V.
