Our very unique and special apartment is located in the historic, cultural monument building, in the most cental place of Tbilisi. Most of the attractions and touristic sighs are easily accessible by foot, makes it easier to plan your visit. It has balcony with the view of beautiful Griboedovi street and terrace with the view of Mtatsminda and symbols of tbilisi: Funicular and Tbilisi Satelite. Its located on a 3rd floor of the historic building, which was built in 1903 and owned by wealthiest winemaker in Georgia, Annanov. The building itself is one of the most beautiful buildings in Tbilisi, fully painted inside, with beautiful stairs. We have self check-in with a lockbox. Double bed with two side tables, wardrobe, 1 openable armchair which becomes comfortable bed for a toddler or grownup. ▪️And the best part of the studio- terrace (~17m2) with hammock, with table and chairs, great view of mointains and symbols of tbilisi: Funicular, Tbilisi Satellite,Mama Daviti. And beautiful plants and trees. Studio is connected to the rest of the house with the inside door and stairs , but it could be completely indipendent place and has its own private door from the hall. In the house you will see unique photos of old tbilisi, Prints painted by Georgian Architects who renovated the places and building painted, paintings of Georgian contemporary painters.
