This is a simple and peaceful flat located in Kensal Rise - a 20-minute walk to Portobello, and 10 minutes to the overground (Kensal Rise) or underground Queens Park Station station. The room has a --small double bed ---(search measurements) with an en-suite shower room. Available for short stays. Couples are welcome BUT please be aware it will be a cosy fit with the bed as it is a SMALL double bed. FYI- I am a live-in landlord and I have a cat. The space A small double bed (ideal for one and a cosy bed for 2) with bedside table and large private en-suit for guests. During your stay If you have any questions during your stay, please speak to me or send me a text message. Other things to note house rules: -limited cooking allowed - 1 meal per day. -No loud music - The flat should be treated like an air BnB meaning people should leave the house for the day and return after some time away. Staying in the flat all day isn't allowed.
