The space This 3-storey building is situated at the end of the street and can be recognized by the Lotto and the Lawton Residences Signage next to the wet market. Each apartment includes a queen-size bed, a private bathroom with a toilet & bidet, and a dedicated space with a table and chair that can be used for work or dining. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and blackout curtains for a restful stay. Guest access Self-Check-In: After booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a unique keycode in your inbox, allowing for self-check-in anytime between 2:00 PM (check-in time) and 12:00 noon (check-out time) the next day. This flexible access means you can arrive and settle in at your convenience within those hours. Private Apartment Space: Enjoy a fully furnished apartment featuring private bedrooms, a bathroom, and a shared rooftop lounge. Essential amenities include air conditioning, hot shower and Wi-Fi (200mbps). Public Transportation Access: Located near a bus and jeepney terminal for convenient travel options right outside the building. Other things to note Guest Agreement: By booking, guests confirm they have read and agree to all guidelines and regulations.
