Our guest house in Marmaris Orhaniye is a 70 m2, one-bedroom, single-story house in a garden. Its construction was completed in 2019 and it was furnished with new items. The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room has a sofa that becomes a double bed when opened. In addition, a single folding bed can be added. The living room and bedroom have separate air conditioners. There is a 50m2 shared swimming pool. My wife and I live in another house in the same 1600 m2 garden. The space Our place is 25-30 minutes from the sea and 15-20 minutes from the markets. It takes 1-2 minutes by car. It's a quiet, green place close to the forest. There is a wooden table for 4 people in the garden where you can have your dinner. Barbecue is available. Marmaris center is 25 km away. Selimiye is 20 km away. Kızkumu is 2 km away. Hisaronu beach is 5 minutes by car, 5-6 km away. Minibuses run to Marmaris and Selimiye. The pool is shared by our guests staying in the guest house (max. 4 people) and the guest cabin (max. 2 people). The pool will open on June 15th and will be open until October 1st. Our garden arrangement is not quite finished. Other things to note For monthly stays, the electricity fee is paid by our guests staying in the guest house. The electricity meter is read at check-in and check-out. Please keep the air conditioners off when you are not at home. Please keep the doors and windows closed while the air conditioner is running.
