Polidesk is a coworking center, but in addition to offering offices for rent, we offer a 41 m² apartment in the semi-basement, in our premises in Vannes. You will find all the comforts you need for your stay, to visit the Gulf of Morbihan, alone or as a couple, depending on your booking. Rentals are now a minimum of one month. The space The apartment was refurbished in 2020: waterproofing, insulation, plumbing, electricity, coatings, paints and equipment. This building designed by Breton architect Yves GUILLOUX in 1965 was for a long time an accounting firm. It is incredibly cool in summer and very warm in winter. We are at your disposal to constantly improve comfort to ensure a pleasant stay. Guest access You can enjoy the terraces of our neighboring Co-working center, especially at the end of the day, when our coworkers are away.
