The cozy apartment at Polidesk

Polidesk is a coworking center, but in addition to offering offices for rent, we offer a 41 m² apartment in the semi-basement, in our premises in Vannes. You will find all the comforts you need for your stay, to visit the Gulf of Morbihan, alone or as a couple, depending on your booking. Rentals are now a minimum of one month. The floor to ceiling height is 1.99 m, which is charming, but important to know for the tallest of you. See you soon. The space The apartment was refurbished in 2020: waterproofing, insulation, plumbing, electricity, coatings, paints and equipment. This building designed by Breton architect Yves GUILLOUX in 1965 was for a long time an accounting firm. It is incredibly cool in summer and very warm in winter. We are at your disposal to constantly improve comfort to ensure a pleasant stay. Guest access You can enjoy the terraces of our neighboring Co-working center, especially at the end of the day, when our coworkers are away.
