To the west 1 km away is the convention center (Feria del Mezcal), 3 km away is downtown Oaxaca and 5 km away is the Guelaguetza auditorium, to the east 10 min away is the Tule Tree, 20 min away are the ruins of Dainzu, 25 min away is Teotitlán del Valle, 30 min away is Tlacolula and Yagul, 45 min away is Mitla, 1 hr away. Mataltlan and 1 hr 20 min Hierve el Agua. The space The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a living room with a Smart TV so you can enjoy your streaming content, a kitchen - dining room with all the utensils, a full bathroom with hot water and the garage is covered (please read the "guest access" section) We have a space to work and we have high-speed internet of 40 mbps. Guest access The apartment is located in a private, somewhat narrow area, so it is only suitable for sedans and small SUVs. The parking lot is covered and a corridor leads to the steps that take you to the apartment on a second floor that is completely independent from the rest of the building.
