⭐Please read our full listing description before booking...(even if you've stayed before) ⭐ Whether you are ready to hit the town, escape to the peace and quiet of the beach, or enjoy a wander along the Jurassic coast, The Loft, is a self contained studio flat situated in the heart of Exmouth town, and just a stone's throw from the sandy beach. The space The Loft is a light and airy studio in the centre of town, close to the local rail station. Boasting a king-sized bed, eating area, a fully fitted kitchen (complete with oven, hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, pots, pans and utensils, a generous fridge freezer, and washing machine,) a shower room, free Wifi, and a TV. While there is no private parking, there is 30 minute free parking right outside (subject to availability) and, The Estuary Long Stay Car Park is just minutes away. *** A link will be provided upon booking if you wish to book your parking permit in advance *** ⭐PLEASE NOTE - WE DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS ⭐We do not allow persons under the age of 18 ⭐There may be some noise due to the town centre location Other things to note What’s nearby... With its central location, you will find that pubs, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, a public swimming pool, public transport, hire centres and even the beach are all within a 5 minute walk. Thing’s to do... Exmouth offers a variety of both independent and popular cafés, restaurants, pubs and a nightclub. For those who enjoy the water, a short walk will take you to the seafront where you can hire wetsuits, surfboards and other water equipment. There are also regular boat tours and a kayak hire. For those who prefer dry land, you can take a walk along the promenade or hire a bike to cycle along the 23mile mainly flat, Exe Trail. There is also a regular open-top beach bus. While Exmouth offers a small shopping experience, for those who wish to really hit the High street, there are regular 30minute scenic train rides to Exeter central. ⭐Things to note... WE CANNOT OFFER EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUTS The apartment is situated on the second floor and unfortunately there is no disabled access. Regrettably, due to the location and size of the apartment, we are unable to welcome children or pets. Unfortunately, there is no storage for your own, bikes, surfboards etc. The shower comfortably accommodates persons 6ft and under. Complimentary bits... Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Hand Wash, Washing up liquid, Body wash, Shampoo and Conditioner and Laundry detergent, all of which have been sourced in the local Zero Waste Supermarket. (Due to the high volume of guests using our towels for purposes other than those that they are intended for, we do not provide bath towels.) ⭐By booking our apartment, you are agreeing to our house rules. We request that all guests familiarize themselves with our house rules set out below... *No smoking anywhere within the building. *No parties/gatherings. Only persons confirmed on Airbnb are allowed on site. *No Stilettos are to be worn on the kitchen and bathroom lino. * No candles *Check-out is strictly before 10am *Check-in is anytime after 14:00 Any breakages and/or damage to the property must be paid for.
