Take a break and unwind at this peaceful forest oasis. This 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin is nestled between the Yuba River and Tahoe National Forest. We are located 10 minutes from Sugar Bowl, Royal Gorge and Boreal ski resorts, 10 minutes from the Pacific Crest Trail, 15 minutes from Donner lake and 20 minutes from downtown Truckee. This is the perfect spot for winter and summer sports enthusiasts with easy access to ski/snowboarding, mountain biking and hiking trails. The space Bedroom one has a queen bed, bedroom two has a queen bed and a pull out twin sofa bed. The living room has a queen sofa pull out bed. Guest access The stairs and loft space are NOT accessible to guests. This is an owner storage space only. Other things to note In winter months, we highly recommend trip/travel insurance as we are not responsible for weather related delays or impacts to your reservation as such events are common to the High Sierras and also not covered by Airbnb's extenuating circumstances. Refunds are not available for such events, including associated road closures. We also highly recommend having a 4 wheel drive and/or chains in the winter months. The roads and driveway is plowed regularly, but often still have a layer of ice throughout the season.
