Stylish Brixton Townhouse: Ensuite room +breakfast

Comfortable ensuite double bedroom (2nd floor) with deluxe shower room & TV in our modern, stylish 4 bedroom townhouse. Continental breakfast is included - & advice from established hosts to help you really enjoy London! Experience real London: we live between buzzing Brixton with great street markets, restaurants and bars, and leafy, laid-back Herne Hill with local pubs, cafés and delis. Brockwell Park is 5 mins away. 10-15 mins by tube to central London. We speak English and Spanish. The space A comfortable double bedroom on the 2nd floor (two flights of stairs), with an ensuite shower room. The room is newly furnished and has a flat screen TV. Hair dryer and toiletries are provided. You will be the only Airbnb guests in our home, and there are no other bedrooms on this floor. Our bedroom is on the floor below. Downstairs there is a large airy kitchen diner where we will serve a varied continental breakfast in the morning. There is also access to a washing machine and dryer if required, and a pretty patio which is lovely in the summer. Guest access You will have access to the kitchen-diner for breakfast, the patio and your ensuite room on the second floor. There is a kettle and mini fridge outside your room. During your stay We will be available throughout your stay to help and give advice if needed. Other things to note We can give you local tips for what to see, where to eat (the nearest restaurants and supermarket are 1 minute from our house) and how to get around, and help you plan your days in London. We provide a continental breakfast of tea/coffee, granola, yoghurt, fruit, toast. **Please let us know if you have any allergies or specific dietary requirements** Our house is generally pretty quiet (and has very good sound-proofing between rooms and floors) but given the location there is some occasional noise from traffic, planes and neighbours!
