Guest access The villa is located in a gated residential area in the heart of Petitenget and Seminyak area, only 2 minutes to the main Petitenget Street. Access to the property is adequate either with car or motorbike. Private parking is available for 1 car + 2 motorbikes. Other things to note - Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Please do not book if you intend to stay with more than 6 guests as we will not accommodate it - Strictly no smoking indoors. If traces of smoking are found, cleaning fee will be charged at our discretion - No parties are allowed at the property - Room cleaning & linen change is every 3 days
