Pecan Tree Studio 2 (with Forest View)

The studio has 2 or 3 single beds with a spacious terrace looking out onto the forest garden. The unit is in a quiet upmarket neighbourhood and 5 minutes drive from the historic town centre, 5 schools and MediClinic hospital. With off street parking and surrounded by trees for a forest like feeling , you will wake up with the sound of birds singing. We are at the entrance of the Stellenbosch mountain MTB trail, hiking trail and running trails. The unit is ideal for up to 3 adult guests The space The unit is fitted with 3 single beds, living area, tea and coffee making station, microwave, small fridge and en suite bathroom with a big walk in shower. It has a lovely large covered balcony with outdoor furniture overlooking the forest garden and pool area. I can convert 2 single beds into a king size bed, but you need to make the request At Least 1 day prior to arrival. I will not be able to do it on the same day as arrival. You can also have a look at Pecan Tree Studio 1 that is on the same level as this unit. It has 1 king size bed, en suite bathroom and kitchenette and terrace... Guest access The unit has it's own private entrance and secure off street parking. The garden and pool area will be shared by other guests staying in Pecan Tree Studio 1. To enter the unit you will walk from the parking area down 18 steps to the unit {see photo in gallery}. Other things to note We are ideally situated for guests loving the outdoors. The unit has a spacious covered terrace and there is enough space to park your mountain or road bikes. Stay for a few days and explore all the wonderful hiking and mountain bike routes in the mountain and on the wine farms. It will take you 2 minutes from the unit to get to the start of the hiking and biking mountain routes. Stellenbosch Golf Course is 4km (8min. drive) from the studio. You can also have a look at PecanTree Studio1 with a king size bed to accommodate 2 guests and it has a kitchenette. We have backup batteries to prevent load shedding.
