Outdoor enthusiasts enjoy being surrounded by Phoenix’s top-rated golf courses, miles of hiking & bike trails at White Tank Mountain Regional Park or Lake Pleasant Regional Park just minutes from our house. What To Do In Surprise: Located in northwest Phoenix, in one of the nation's fastest growing cities of Surprise Arizona. Just 45 minutes from downtown Phoenix the house is conveniently located near University of Phoenix Stadium home of the Arizona Cardinals and Gila River Arena at Westgate Entertainment District in Glendale. South of our Surprise house is the Phoenix International Raceway home to the NASCAR races. Our house isn't close to public transportation you will need a car, to get around. With in Walking distance to a few nice parks in our neighborhood. Minutes drive away from Movie Theater, Bowling Alley, Restaurants, Safeway, Fry's, Walmart, Fast Food and so much more. Children under 18 need to be supervised while in the backyard/in the pool at all times. Patio chairs and furniture need to be stored against the house when leaving the house, because of dust and wind.
