The master bedroom offers a King bed, the second a Queen bed with a retractable single bed, and the last a Queen bed. Bath towels and bedding are included. In addition, the sofa in the living room can be transformed into a double bed. ✦ The kitchen is fully equipped, so you don't have to bring anything but your food! All dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, cauldrons, and even raclette kit, a fondue kit and an electric filter coffee maker are on site for your use! Some food essentials are also provided, such as salt, pepper, spices, cooking oil, sugar, and items for cleaning (soap, sponge, dishwasher tablets, bags, paper towels, etc.) ✦ The dining room has a large table that can accommodate 8 guests. It is adjacent to the terrace, which is equipped with a propane BBQ and an outdoor table convertible into a gas fireplace! ☼ ✦ In the living area you can enjoy the smart TV allowing you to connect to your favorite applications as well as a Wii console. It's furnished with a large sectional and an accent chair, by our cozy gas fireplace. The living area also offers a foosball table and an adjacent wine bar, to liven up your evenings! ✦ The chalet is equipped with a pack & play, a high chair, board games, central air conditioning, heated floors and drinking water. There are two full bathrooms, the one on the ground floor with a bath-shower and the one in the basement with a shower. The washer and dryer will be accessible to you. ✦ Outside, you will enjoy a large lot isolated by greenery, with an outdoor fireplace for roasting marshmallows in summer. You can enjoy the relaxation spa all year round, after a day of activity in the region! Guest access ✦ You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, except for a locked storage space. ✦ By booking with us, you will receive a Guest Manual giving you all the important information to know about the chalet, in addition to the addresses of relevant activities and shops nearby! Other things to note - Dog Friendly Rules: We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our permission. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who did not respect our property, thank you for your understanding. ๏ Additional fees: $150 per stay per dog. ๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from a previous experience on Airbnb. ๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old. ๏ Your dog must not exceed 40 lbs. ๏ The cottage must be left clean and in order to facilitate the work of the housekeeping team, it must not appear that a dog was present. ๏ Your dog must be "housebroken", and must under no circumstances gain access to bedrooms or climb on furniture. ๏ Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance for neighbors. ๏ Guests must pick up after the dog at all times and keep the yard clean. Thank you for your understanding :-) *WARNING* The area is a new site under development, so the roads are not yet paved. We advise you to come with a 4 wheel drive car in winter and spring. The roads and parking lot of our chalet are professionally plowed. *SOUND DEVICE* It is strictly forbidden to party at the chalet. In addition to a security camera pointing towards the parking lot and entrance to the chalet, there is an excessive noise detection device outside the chalet to warn us if the noise reaches too high a decibel level. We have had bad experiences in the past, and the detector allows us to demonstrate to neighbors and police forces that there really was excessive noise or not. We define excessive noise as music or any other sound that our neighbors may hear that interferes with their enjoyment of the premises. The noise detector does not record audio. Please respect our neighborhood. *TV* We have a smart TV in the unit but do not offer cable channels. You will have access to apps like Netflix, Prime, Disney+ where you can connect your account. *BARBECUE* Due to cold weather during the winter months, our barbecue will be temporarily unavailable between November and April. *FIREPLACE / LOGS* You have access to the outdoor fireplace, however you must bring your own wood. I suggest you bring kindling and paper to help start the fire. Also, as lighters disappear easily, I advise you to bring one. You can buy wood and accessories near the chalet, the addresses will be in your guest manual. The outdoor fire pit is not plowed from November to April, so if you want to use the outdoor fireplace in winter, it is your responsibility to clear the access.
