This home brings the cozy as you arrive in the private driveway with convenient parking. Come on in and sit back in the living room with its smart TV, or just check your messages of the day in the bonus room with its artsy ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to create tasty meals or just a snack - or to brew that coffee in the morning you will enjoy on the back porch. A classic Cape of 1300 sqft with 3 dedicated Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths, 1 Living room, plus 1 Bonus room. Latter can be used as an office (digital nomad bonus!) or for reading or chatting, or - occasionally - as an extra bedroom. The large Kitchen is a Dining room in itself. Washer and Dryer are hidden behind folding doors. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, in a Cul-de-sac. 3 cars max. Guest access There’s this warm welcoming orange front door, however, as main entrance you use the side door with a safe code-lock. Other things to note The house is only minutes away from Chippenham Hospital, Johnston-Willis, VA Hospital, St. Francis or VCU. Groceries and Restaurants are nearby. And, most importantly, the place itself is quiet and safe, in a col-de-sac.
