The gardener's small room, bed and baby chair

I offer one to two small bedrooms, each with a double bed (possible to add a mattress on the floor). Breakfast and meals possible. My house is located 800 m above sea level between Saignes and Le Monteil. It is located in a charming hamlet, away from the main road and poses no danger to children. The house has a flower garden where you can relax, or pitch a tent for your friends or children. (tent available for free with bedding). The space I offer 2 small bedrooms. The first with garden view: electric bed base, latex mattress, Moroccan bonnetière, reading area, garden view, electric radiator, baby bed possible. The second cozy bedroom is smaller and is listed in another ad. It is available with a double bed. All the rooms can accommodate a family of up to three children, including a baby or two. You will be awakened either by the many birds, birds of prey or a symphony of bells. The sun only appears in the early afternoon and the house, over-insulated, remains cool during hot weather. Dogs are allowed. You can pitch two small tents in the shade on my lawn for free (camping equipment available for free) Guest access You have access to all the rooms except my room!!!! Warning for the maniacs... shared bathroom. During your stay During your stay, I could advise you on walks, hikes to do and visits not to be missed. Other things to note If you are coming with your children, there is a possibility that they can sleep on my lawn in the cool and for free in a tent that I will lend you. Possible to add a mattress on the floor in one bedroom. I can also lend you two mountain bikes for free against a deposit (one size M and one electric size L) A municipal swimming pool is 3 km away. A market with local producers takes place every Saturday in Bort les Orgues. There are many walks and hikes, as well as attractions: medieval castles, museums, amusement park... Breakfast, 6 euros/person, consists of: bread, croissant or baghrir... and I will be happy to share a meal with you.
