Our house is in the heart of the Audomarois marsh. It is home to herons, kingfishers and other marsh species. A little piece of heaven in a green setting bordered by water, and a 4500 m² enclosed garden. All 5 minutes from the city center of Saint-Omer, 1.5 km from the train station. Our house is suitable for children, you will find games, books as well as outdoor games (swing, trampoline, hut, soccer goal) We have 3 cats, chickens and geese that need to be fed. The space The enclosed garden is almost surrounded by the marshes. We are quiet but only 5 min from the city center. There is also a large terrace to enjoy the garden as well as a petanque court. For children, swing, sandbox, hut, slides and trampoline. Plus, no need to rent a boat or kayaks! We make it available to you to enjoy the marsh from the garden! (except in winter, the boat is out of the water). Several walks on foot or by bike are possible starting directly from the house. I'll send you the plans by email as well as ideas for outings to do in the vicinity. The house has 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and two children's bedrooms upstairs with a single bed. The accommodation is suitable for 4 people but we can provide an umbrella bed for an additional child or an extra bed on a mattress on the floor in a child's room. Guest access The house and garden are at your disposal Other things to note Linens and towels are not provided. There is no cleaning fee, so we ask guests to make the house clean before leaving it. 😊
