Large house close to the sea

A large, newly renovated house, a few steps from the sea, that can accommodate up to 15 people. The ideal place to spend pleasant stays with family, friends or colleagues. The space Living room with TV, kitchen, dining room and shower/toilet PRM on the ground floor with a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. The shower is located directly in the entrance to avoid bringing sand into the whole house when you return from the beach. The kitchen is equipped with hotplates, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A terrace located at the back, also compliant with PRM standards, is also available to guests. On the first floor: a large living room with TV and two sofa beds, and a beautiful bathroom with double sink, shower, bathtub and a laundry area (washer-dryer, countertop and changing table). Dryers are available inside and on the terrace. The second floor is the bedroom floor: three bedrooms for two people each with hotel-quality bedding. One bedroom has a private bathroom with shower and toilet, another offers an office space for teleworkers. A printer is available. Finally, the third floor, accessible in case of rental for more than 11 people, offers you a dormitory with 5 beds and a shower. In total, the house has 3 showers*, 3 toilets, 1 bathtub *4 showers in configuration > 10 people A charcoal barbecue is available during the summer. Guest access The first three levels are available for any rental, regardless of the number of occupants within the limit of 10. Beyond that, we also give you access to the top floor dormitory. Other things to note The coffee machine is a Senseo. A charcoal barbecue is available during the summer. Your pet is welcome. If it is used to sleeping in a cage or indoor kennel, you will have access to a collapsible cage stored in the ground floor storage room. It is suitable for dogs up to about 15 kg. The garden at the back of the house is fully fenced and does not give direct access to the street.
