Sleeps 8 adults comfortable while 2 additional twins could be for children. 1.5 miles to town or the beach. Pool and clubhouse to swim or hang out. Conveniently located close to outlet shopping, town and restaurants. 2 parking spaces with an additional by the pool with a tag. Rehoboth Crossing is a quiet and enjoyable family community just a short walk or bike ride to the beach, town outlets and restaurants. Enjoy the clubhouse and pool in the neighborhood. We have 2 parking spots in front of our house as well as a a parking pass for the pool. You WILL GET TOWED by the pool if you do not have the pass. There is additional parking behind the Outback. To park at the beach you do need a parking permit. Parking permits can be purchased a City Hall. Daily and weekly. We do have 2 kittens that have been in this home.
